Super quick update tonight…
Got in another 1.5 miles, bring the total so far to 9.5 miles, which is right on pace to keep the yearly goal in sight. The wife and I spent a good twenty minutes watching and identifying birds out the back window this afternoon. Finished my second book of the year, Captivating, which I will discuss more tomorrow. And got in a great hard workout tonight with weights and resistance bands.
